It is important that the customer obtains the permission of the owner of the copyright for any wording or images before submitting them to Eat Your Words. Any words or images supplied by the customer is at the customer’s risk. Eat Your Words shall not be responsible for any loss, claim, cost or damage incurred by the customer as a result of the inclusion of any wording or image on the goods at the request of the customer. In addition the customer will indemnify Eat Your Words against all loss, claim, cost or damage incurred by Eat Your Words as a result of any wording or images on the goods at the request of the customer.

When you place an order on line you will be sent an e mail confirming the order. If you change your mind after placing the order contact us. You can cancel or change the order up to the time of manufacture.

As the goods are tailored to the specific requirements of the customer, no cancellation or changes may be requested or refunds made once the goods have been manufactured.

We offer a no quibble returns policy for faulty goods. Return your goods to us at Eat Your Words, Astbury House, Parkgate Road, Saughall, Chester, CH1 6JS and we will be happy to replace or refund your purchase.
