Terms and condions related to website development and hosting.

1. All prices quoted are ex-vat
2. The effort mentioned here may change after development of specifications.
3. Effort utilised for out of scope/specification changes will incur additional charges
4. Hosting and Maintenance are not included unless explicitly mentioned and charged for in this quote
5. Royalty free images shall be utilised to the extent mentioned in any quote, if any.
6. Implementation of non-default payment gateways, will be charged separately.
7. Bespoke development cannot be carried out in hours reserved for maintenance activities
8. Time spent waiting for approvals, edits or any other response will be added to the delivery days.
9. Backups are included in maintenance activities.
10. Backups from your web hosting server are not included during development. Our server is backed up.
    
11. Balance payments will be expected on pre agreed milestones.
12. Once full payment is received, you retain the copyright to your website design and only code written specially for you.
13. Unless explicitly stated, we do not provide content [text, audio or video].
14. Unless explicitly stated, this proposal does not estimate for product image processing
15. Unless explicitly stated, this proposal does not estimate for content entry
16. Unless explicitly stated, all training is conducted one to one and online
17. SEO only includes the specifics of the package as mentioned on our website. Bespoke SEO will be explicitly quoted.
18. Effort utilised will be as per the 'hour' indicator mentioned in the quote above. Additional effort will be charged extra.
19. Training for free/complimentary items is not included and may be charged extra
20. Training for Google Analytics is not included even if Google Analytics / SEO is being implemented for your website.
21. Training for SEO related activities is not included even if SEO is being implemented for your website.
22. By default, all websites are implemented in English and will only support one language, unless specified otherwise.
23. All on-site video players are assumed to play files stored on the server, unless specified otherwise
24. Effort mentioned for additional components is only for installation, and not formatting, unless specified otherwise.
25. Changes to website design, after explicit approval of a design mockup, may invite additional charges
26. All additional charges, i.e. the decision to charge and the amount, are at the sole discretion of Electronic Art
    
27. Bespoke functionality will always be charged separately and explicitly
28. Optional Extras' are not included in your quote. Please let us know if you wish us to do so.
